I’ve always been curious about lip plumping devices, but never enough to invest in one. I’ve always liked the size of my lips. Sure, if my top lip was a tad bigger it would be nice — but that’s not typically how lips are naturally. So why did I agree to test out the PMD Kiss Lip Plumping System? Well, just keep on reading to find out! 😉
I’ve always been a fan of the Wet n Wild Color Icon shadows — not only for how affordable they are, but also for the great quality of their shimmers. But I’ve always had to bring in other matte shadows from other palettes to make a complete look…but Wet n Wild has listened to our requests and just REVAMPED their whole Color Icon shadow line to include a few matte shadows in each! Without raising the price, I might add! But…are they still just as good as the old formula? And are the mattes any good? Let’s dive into the details!
Makeup brands collaborating with beauty youtubers has been a big trend lately…and Pixi Beauty decided to join the fun not with just one youtube collaboration…but four! Don’t feel bad if you didn’t know the youtubers before they collaborated with Pixi on these products…I was only familiar with two of the four! 😛 But anyways, were the products in the collab good? That’s what we are talking about today…plus, there is a bonus giveaway at the end! 😉
The buzz surrounding the new formulation and addition of matte shades in Wet n Wild’s popular Color Icon line hit an all-time high when we saw their Rosé in the Air palette. Last year the Anastasia Beverly Hills Modern Renaissance palette basically revolutionized the beauty community for it’s fantastic formula and warm-toned reds and oranges, so of course everyone immediately saw the similarities between these palettes. And considering the price difference, everyone has been asking….”is it a dupe for Modern Renaissance??” Well, let’s dive into the nitty-gritty!
It’s been a while since I’ve shared a review of Sigma Beauty brushes, but today I am really excited to share with you my thoughts on the Sigma Beauty Ultimate Copper Eye Brush Set! I am a big fan of Sigma Beauty brushes — they’re really nice quality, hold up well with lots of uses and washes, and when you wait for a sale I personally don’t think they’re too expensive. For example, right now you can use code BRUSH30 to get 30% off your order! Score!
You guys know I am a huge fan of IT Cosmetics — not only have I done a Top 10 Favorites from the brand (that I am going to be updating very soon!), but I also love sharing whenever they have a special collection on QVC…like today! This week they unveiled their IT’s Your Top 5 Superstars and More, a 6-piece collection that’s valued at nearly $200! And right now they have it available on sale for under $60! 😮 I’ve tried 4 out of the 6 products, so trust me when I say….this is a deal you want to look hard at!
BareMinerals was always a brand I skipped over when perusing the aisles at my local Ulta or Sephora…and I honestly don’t know why. Maybe because BareMinerals seemed to cater more to people who like light, natural makeup? Y’all know I am like, “full coverage or why bother?” 😛 But, regardless of why, I was excited when they reached out to me and asked if they could send me a few products from their BareMinerals barePro line to try out. I am always up for trying a new brand…and in this case, I am so glad I got the opportunity because I will no longer be passing over this brand on future Ulta or Sephora trips. 🙂
